At Mighty Mom, we offer dynamic classes specifically designed for new moms and parents.
Our motto is: "Whatever works for you and your little one, works for us."
We strive to make our classes as welcoming and accessible as possible, so you can focus on your fitness without added stress.
Each class is crafted to be fun, challenging, and suitable for all recovery stages and fitness levels.
Warm-Up
Our sessions begin with a warm-up focused on addressing common postpartum mobility and postural issues.
Workout
From there, we dive into a full-body workout that combines strength training, cardiovascular endurance, core and pelvic floor exercises, and mobility drills.
Cool down
We end with a 2-minute Relaxation Breathing series to restore proper core mechanics and a Stretch sequence to release tension throughout the body.

Indoor Studio Classes
After booking, check your email for specific studio location details regarding such as bringing your own mat, as some locations may provide mats.
Seasonal Outdoor Classes
Simply bring a mat that’s suitable for the ground and a water bottle. Sunscreen and sunglasses are also a good idea. We’ll see you at the park!

Attention!
Our classes run RAIN or SHINE! Please dress appropriately on rainy days and bring stroller covers for the little ones. In the event that it is thundering and unsafe to be outside, watch out for an email from your instructor with an alternate date for your class or a virtual option.

Make-up Policy & Procedure
We have an extremely flexible make up policy where if you have to miss class for ANY reason, you can attend another class in ANY other location across the GTA during your CURRENT SESSION (if spots are open).

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes of Course! There is no age limit to bring your kids to a Mighty Mom Class. We will do our best to accommodate exercises that include children that are mobile but please bring snacks and toys to help your child stay busy if you can.
Yes! You are in the right place MAMA! All of our instructors are trained to help you get a great workout while making sure you are engaging in safe exercise for any postpartum issue. A strong foundation including breathwork is always incorporated into our classes. Please let your instructor know BEFORE the class so they can prepare modifications to help you during your workout.
You are in the right place mama. We know it can be scary to move again but our instructors are trained to lead workouts that are challenging for all levels of fitness and postpartum recovery. You'll get guided instruction on how to do every move and we create a positive and supportive environment at the same time. Take breaks as much as you need and ask questions. We are here to support you!
Mighty Mom workouts are challenging and our instructors are trained to give SEVERAL options for EVERY level of fitness. We are all athletes ourselves and know how important it is to feel challenged in a workout. Let your instructor know that you want to be pushed and we can make it happen. :-)
