Hi, I’m Jessica Sennet,

CEO of Mighty Mom, mom, and fitness expert with over 12 years of training experience. I know exactly what it’s like to balance the demands of running a business, raising kids, and navigating life’s endless to-do lists.

As an expert trainer with over 12 years of experience training women and building a business, I will adapt every workout to your individual needs and make sure you are getting the most effective workout for your time. It doesn’t have to be complicated but I know you need help to put the pieces of the puzzle together. You have enough on your plate and I want to help you make your load just that much lighter.

What’s Included in this 8-Week Program?

Live Virtual Class (1x/week)

Join me live each week for a 45-minute session designed to build strength, increase energy, and empower you to take on life’s challenges. Every workout is tailored to your unique needs, ensuring maximum results in minimal time. Depending on your preferred time, we will run an EARLY MORNING OPTION (6:30-45am on Wednesdays/Thursdays OR a Lunch Time option at 12:30pm on Tuesdays). Once applications are in, we will build the schedule.

Two Additional Workouts via the App

Access two short, effective workouts each week that fit seamlessly into your schedule. Workouts are quick and efficient and build on the LIVE workouts so there is less of a learning curve and more time to actually work-out. Just 30 minutes of focused movement is all you need to keep your momentum going.

30-Minute Personal Goal-Setting Session

Start your journey with a one-on-one consultation with me where we’ll define your goals, craft a personalized plan for what you are doing OUTSIDE the workouts, and set you up for all types of success. We will book this session BEFORE the program starts on Feb 24th!

Monthly Group Check-In

Join our live group sessions each month to connect with other high-achieving women. Share wins, troubleshoot challenges, and gain the kind of encouragement that only a community can provide. These sessions will be scheduled once the group has been established to maximize everyone's schedule.

WhatsApp Group Chat

Stay motivated and connected between sessions through our group chat. Share your progress, ask questions, and cheer each other on—it’s the support system you didn’t know you needed. I’ll be here too making sure you are staying motivated throughout the week.
