At Mighty Mom, we recognize the profound impact that experiences such as pregnancy loss, stillbirth, birth trauma, fertility issues, pelvic floor surgeries, and other significant health challenges can have on individuals.

We are proud to offer trauma-informed training that is thoughtfully designed to address these sensitive and complex experiences with the utmost care and empathy.

We offer a comprehensive approach that not only acknowledges the emotional and psychological aspects of these issues but also equips individuals with strategies for recovery and how to incorporate fitness in a positive way. 

Our goal is to ensure that every participant feels valued and supported. We are committed to fostering a space where healing can flourish, and where the unique needs of those affected by these challenges are met with compassion and respect.

Customized Online Training Program

Geared towards anyone who wants the flexibility of exercising on their own but with the guidance and support of 1:1 coaching. 

Following a exercise program has never been so easy and motivating — since this one will be designed for YOU! 

How it works

Once you are enrolled, you'll book an assessment with one of our Mighty Mom coaches for a virtual/in person 75 min assessment. 

  • You will discuss your exercise history, goals, injuries, stresses and limitations and so much more. 
  • We want to get a full picture of your life so we can support you in your health and fitness goals. 
  • Then, your coach will do a breathing, core and movement assessment to then expertly craft a plan that is perfect for your individual needs.
  • You are your coach are a team and once we have the information we need, we can give you the plan fits into your life.
  •  You are unlike anyone else and we totally get that. 

The Program

  • Your training program is delivered through our training App TRUECOACH and will give you everything you need to perform your workouts on your own with all the support, accountability and guidance from your personal coach.
  • Programs are written in 4 week training blocks so you can track and progress your workouts over a 4 week period. 

And the best thing ever?

Your coach will be with you EVERY step of the way. Need to ask a question? Upload a video? 

No problem. 24/7 we are here for you.

  • At the 3 week mark, you will have a phone call with your coach to discuss your progress, any issues or concerns and focus on your goals for the next 4 week training program.
  • You will be feeling stronger, in less pain, having more energy and just feeling better in just a matter of weeks.

Financial Commitments:

We understand that you need flexibility. 

Your life is crazy busy and always changing.

No large commitments. Membership is always MONTH to MONTH.

First month is $275 + HST

(includes 75 min Virtual/In Person Movement & Breathing Assessment)

then $175/month + HST after that

But on the other hand, we know that you will love this program (as 100s already do). 

So if you want to lock it in after your initial 4 weeks, you can save some serious $$$.

Flexibility will be built into this program if you need a few weeks here and there to catch up on your workouts. We get it and we are here to support you and help you commit to the process.

The Mighty Mom Hybrid Program

This program came from our clients loving the customized online training program but needed more support - so the HYBRID program was born. 

You get:

Every week

One 1:1 session with a Mighty Mom coach 

You can choose an in-person OR virtual session Zoom depending on location. 

  • This program is PERFECT for those needing more guidance, accountability and connection from working with a expert prenatal and postpartum trainer. 
  • It is fully fleshed out training program with out the cost of a trainer showing up at your door 4-5 times a week — but it will feel just as effective. We Promise. 

Some info about the HYBRID PROGRAM
you need to know:

  • 1:1 sessions are approximately 60 min
  • 1:1 sessions and online workouts are all designed by your coach to fit together into the same training program
  • Online workouts compliment in-person sessions
  • 1:1 sessions are usually on the same day every week unless you are looking for a more flexible schedule, which can be accomodated.
  • In the first month, the first session is the Assessment

Our team of Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness trainers are here and ready to support you in reaching all your fitness goals.

Whether you are a beginner returning to exercise after giving birth, dealing with delivery complications such as Diastasis Recti, Prolapse or Injuries or wanting to take your fitness to the next level our Mighty Mom™ trainers will create a program that not only fits into your schedule but is designed just for you.

How it works

  • Book a discovery call or fill out our client application. 
  • You will be matched with a Mighty Mom coach that best suits your needs and location.
  • Your coach will reach out to you to book your first session where they will get to know you much better and perform a breathing, core and movement assessment.
  • You will then set your training schedule together with your coach.
  • We will do our best to accommodate your timing, schedule and location.

We are available to come to your home or studio depending on your location or find a studio space that is convenient for you.

Prefer virtual sessions
or don't live in the GTA?

Not a problem. We can also accommodate Zoom sessions depending on your schedule.

Price

Sessions prices vary depending on location or if they are virtual. Single sessions and 10 session packages are available. Generally 1:1 sessions are between 70-$100/hr depending on location, virtual, package or # of sessions a week. Book discovery call for more information.
