At Mighty Mom, we recognize the profound impact that experiences such as pregnancy loss, stillbirth, birth trauma, fertility issues, pelvic floor surgeries, and other significant health challenges can have on individuals.
We are proud to offer trauma-informed training that is thoughtfully designed to address these sensitive and complex experiences with the utmost care and empathy.
We offer a comprehensive approach that not only acknowledges the emotional and psychological aspects of these issues but also equips individuals with strategies for recovery and how to incorporate fitness in a positive way.
Our goal is to ensure that every participant feels valued and supported. We are committed to fostering a space where healing can flourish, and where the unique needs of those affected by these challenges are met with compassion and respect.

The TrueCoach App
Using the TrueCoach app, you’ll receive a fully customized workout program tailored to your goals, fitness level, and stage of motherhood. Whether you’re prenatal, postpartum, or beyond, your workouts are built specifically for you.
