Mighty Mom was created to give pregnant and postpartum women access to safe, effective, and truly challenging workouts. Just because you're growing or raising a baby doesn't mean you can't work up a sweat and feel powerful in your body.
With over a decade in the fitness industry, and as a mom myself, I know how hard it can be to prioritize movement when life feels overwhelming. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to help moms build strength from the inside out—on their own terms.

My boys are my inspiration. I want to show them their mama is not afraid to take risks and chase after her dreams.
My Journey
After 10 amazing years in NYC, I moved back to Toronto to grow Mighty Mom into the empowering community it is today. From teaching in-person Mom & Baby classes to launching successful online programs, I’ve helped hundreds of women feel strong and supported.
I’ve also lived it: pelvic pain, a C-section, a VBAC, and the everyday chaos of motherhood. Those experiences fuel my approach and keep it real.
I hold multiple certifications in pre & postnatal fitness, core recovery, and corrective exercise—so you can trust that every workout is built with both safety and strength in mind.
My sons, Levi and Micah, are my biggest motivation. I want them to see a mom who chases her dreams and helps others do the same.
