Night Moves is our signature Mighty Mom class, but with a twist: it’s held after bedtime, giving you a chance to focus completely on you. No babies, no distractions—just movement, strength, and community.

This is your time to reset, recharge, and reconnect with your body.

We’ll guide you through a challenging, full-body workout with the same thoughtful modifications and recovery-aware programming Mighty Mom is known for—just with a little extra intensity.

Whether you’re newly postpartum, a few years in, or somewhere in between, this class is for you. And let’s be real—sometimes it’s just easier to get out of the house once the chaos dies down. You won’t be alone. You’ll have your Mighty Mom community right there beside you.
