What is TRUECOACH?

Truecoach is an online program that helps trainers and clients work together. It is specifically designed to send workouts to clients with a simple, user friendly interface. If you have an iphone, you can use the free app to track your workouts.

Is this Program right for me?

This program is right for ANYONE who is starting a strength training program after having a baby. Once you are postpartum, you are ALWAYS Postpartum. 6 weeks, 6 months, 6 years, 36 years. This program is meant to take you from the beginning stages of an accessible HOME strength training program and progress you to an advanced level of fitness. If you are finally ready to make your health and fitness a priority, this program is right for you. I will give you all the tools, you just need to show up.

What are the workouts like?

The workouts are a mix up of strength training, endurance and interval training. The workouts are written to be suitable for ALL exercise abilities and include all modifications and progressions needed to get a challenging workout that matches your exercise ability. All workouts include Warm Up exercises, Mobility work and Stretch sequences. I’ve got you covered for everything!! 

What happens if I miss a live workout?

Live Workouts will ALWAYS be recorded and live inside the PRIVATE FB group for all VIP members to watch on their own schedule. 

What if I have an injury or core dysfunction?

The is a group program that caters to all moms. There are many exercise modifications available within the programming that will help you modify as needed and feel confident that you are still being challenged. There is also video content at the beginning of the program to help you learn how and when to modify. If you are dealing with a severe injury or a particular issue, seeking medical profession or a pelvic floor physio is suggested BEFORE enrolling in a group program like this one.

What is the workout schedule?

Workouts will be delivered to your inbox on MONDAY, WEDNESDAY and FRIDAYS. All of your monday workouts will be similar as will the wednesday and friday workouts. This is so you can learn and master all of the exercises and track your progress throughout the month. At the 2 week mark, the workouts will get progressively more challenging by adjusting the reps, sets, rest periods and weights. After 4 weeks of programming, you will get all new workouts.

Can I turn off workout reminders?

Yes of course - don’t like the email reminder and notifications? Just email us at [email protected] and we can take care of it! No problems!

How do I PAUSE or CANCEL?
