Fitness for Moms in 2022: 4 Things that Your Fitness Program Should Have

I know you have a lot of choice when it comes to your fitness options. Here is what I found out when I polled, surveyed and just simply asked moms what they were looking for in a PAID fitness program.

I also know there are many FREE fitness options there as well.⠀⠀⠀

FLEXIBILITY is a MUST – schedules change in a second. Naps run long or don’t happen at all. A muscle split program is nice but not helpful for moms who have to change their workout days all the time.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

EFFICIENCY: I can’t remember the last time I really had an hour to workout. Can you? For you to be DONE in 45-1hour (I’m talking showered and ready for the rest of the day) the workouts need to be less than that. New Mom to Mighty Strong (NMMS) has 30 min (approx) workouts for EVERY WORKOUT. Get the most efficient workout you can for that amount of time. This is enough to get results. I promise.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

APPROACHABILITY: Even if you have been active in the past, postpartum recovery is NO JOKE. It can be scary to move again. This program is meant for all. You do not need to be fit to start or know anything about movement. I give you all the tools you need to be successful no matter what experience you have.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

MODIFICATIONS: There are so many different levels of ability out there – if your program doesn’t allow for appropriate modifications, it is doing you a disservice. NMMS will not only teach you how to modify and provide as many as possible, you will learn WHY modifications are so important.

New Mom to Mighty Strong has all of these components in it as it was designed for YOU. By a mom – for moms.
